Use this handy tool to secure your foam head to a table or countertop while styling. Clamp fits surfaces up to 1 3/4" thick, and top peg rotates and tilts up to 45°.

This is the tool I use to seal extensions to keep them from fraying, or use to create streaks, swatches, and falls. This is also integral to my "parting for ponytails" method, and is really the best tool for the job.

Every serious wig stylist needs one of these babies. They quickly pay for themselves in the time and burnt fingers they save. ~_^

These are the scissors I use for all of my wigs. The small, super-sharp blades make them very versatile for all types of cutting, including razor cutting techniques. Also, the tiny tips are great for precision snipping in hard to reach areas, when you don't want to accidentally cut the wrong thing. (Like a weft!)

This is what I use to sew wefts and accessories onto wigs, because you don't have to take the wig off the stand to make a stitch. Just push the needle in from the outside, and it curves back to the outside again!

This is very handy when you can't reach the inside of a piece you're sewing on, or when your wig in progress is pinned to a styrofoam head! ^,^'

This aluminum comb is a MUST HAVE for making realistic dreads with synthetic fiber. The rough, uneven teeth make short work of ratting, and they're strong enough to survive several Captain Jack Sparrow wigs! ^_^

After years of searching, I have found the same type of "magic brush" that I use in the studio. They aren't very good for human hair, (which is why they aren't easy to find...) but they are GREAT for synthetic wigs! The stiff, tightly packed bristles brush through wig hair with ease, but also have enough give that they won't cause your wig to shed. They are the perfect maintenance brush for all-day wig wear, and take less finesse to use than a comb.

For those of you dying wigs, this is the BEST tool for smooth blending. It also is very good for doing updos in wigs when you want to make a mirror-smooth surface layer.

I only have a limited quantity, so when they're gone, they're gone for good! ;_;

I just found these little lovelies a year ago, and they get the Katie Seal o' Approval!

These work much better than standard combs for smoothly blending wig dye, and also work very well as maintenance and styling combs, especially for long wigs where a longer toothed comb would become entangled.

I recommend these combs for easy detangling of wigs. (I file down the handle to make it smoother before sending them out! ^_^)
